As a partner of Ecopark Group in many big projects, recently Ricons has officially won the bid for the CT07A Bay Island Apartment project in Ecopark Green Urban Area, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province. In the role of General Contractor of Design and Construction, Ricons will implement a project with a scale of 2 towers, each tower has 2 basements and 41 floors. Construction time is expected to be 22 months.
Previously, Ricons successfully completed the Ecopark Group’s Aqua Bay Sky Residence here. With the trust and appreciation from the Investor, Ricons will definitely continue to perform at its best in this project.
