On September 26, 2019 morning, Ricons and the Investor Bitexco Group held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Manor Central Park Project in Hoang Mai District, Hanoi.

The Manor Central Park is constructed on an area of 89ha, with diverse forms from commercial townhouses to adjacent houses, villas, etc. Joining the Project, Ricons will construct nearly 150 villas under Block 4B (rough part) and Block B (finishing interior, MEP and landscape). The project is expected to be completed after 11 months.
At the end of Quarter III when many projects were accelerated to be finished, it is also the time for Ricons to start many new projects. It proves that Ricons’ brand has become more reputable in the market and trusted by many Investor. With abundant work sources, the Company is focusing personnel, equipment and technology resources to ensure that projects are always successfully deployed.
